On May 18, 2022, Kim Sae Ron was booked for drunk driving, after crashing into several objects along the road and getting into an accident. She had faced trial and parted ways with GOLD MEDALIST following contract expiration. Following the incident, the famous K-Actress released a handwritten apology letter and also kept her word and compensated all 57 stores that suffered from her DUI.
Unfortunately, on February 16, 2025, Actress Kim Sae Ron was found dead and the authorities ruled out her death as suicide. The famous South Korean actress endured relentless bullying throughout her youth for being an actress and was ceaselessly attacked by the public online.
Over the years, due to the death of several South Korean Artists, International fans are beginning to rise to defend their artists. One tweet on X says “These Koreans are demons in sheep’s clothing…they are always quick to bully someone for minor things…” People are beginning to call out the cancel culture in Korea as insane, as it has led to the harm of various artists
Kim Sae Ron debuted in 2009 with the film A Brand New Life and won an award at the 8th Korean Film Awards for her role in the movie “The Man From Nowhere”. Before her death she played a support role in the movie “Blood Hounds” which starred famous actors; Woo Do Hwan and Lee Sang Yi as famous actors.
Despite the famous K-actress death, K-netizens continue bullying their artists, and international fans hope for their voices to be heard one day.

If only Koreans can stop this barbaric behaviour. Why are they so comfortable with driving someone to suicide, its painful and sad. There are others that have done the worst in their countries and they leave them and go for the necks of those who did nothing too extreme.
